Christmas 2010 - Double Joy for us

Merry Christmas everyone!  This year Christmas falls on saturday aka. SABBATH for Seventh Day Adventist believers. It is also the END OF SABBATH for year 2010.  What a joy we celebrate Christmas on Sabbath Day! Sabbath is exclusively meant for all human being in this world and it is not the other way around. Initially, GOD rested on Sabbath to sanctify and bless the day ( Sabbath aka. on Saturday aka. the 7th day of the week ). We shall rejoice GOD for HIS unfailing love towards us. For HE humbly became HUMAN ( born in a manger, suffered and died on calvary tree to save the deadly sins that inherited from our Ancestors, ADAM and EVE) because only by HIS NAME we will be saved.

JESUS is the reason of the SEASON. Stay faithfull to HIM till the END.

Money is the root of all evil. I love money but beware dont let money control you and me.

In this world full of wrong, many are thinking that they are in their very very very comfort zone and everyone is utilising time to chase money in order to make a living and well watsoever who said they dont wanna be a millionaaire right?. Money is very important in our daily life no money no talk loh ...but watchout!! , beware  !!and stay alert when money is controlling our life. We are in great danger, no comfort zone anymore.  In the Holy Bible the  (Book of Daniel 12:10) God revealed a mystery to Daniel that in the end of time many shall be purified and made white like a snow (repentance from sin). At the other side, sadly to say the wicked shall be more wicked, and they dont understand a single word the message from the  HOLY BIBLE , so this is a reminder to me and you.  When money is our idol, and we  forget to donate ten percent everymonth to GOD  (from our monthly income ofcourse), Income in the form of money that we own  will not  be multiplying or increasing because no blessings from above.  I remembered my mum once told me to give tithe every month but i ignored her.  Dont  let  money control us but let us control our money which will benefited us today, tomorrow and in the end of time. Let us ensure ourselves to return some money to GOD the Creator of the earth because HE is the owner of the earth and we should repay HIM. Count your blessings everyday when you started to give tithe every month. Believe me, when you give ten percent of your income everymonth. God will bless the other ninety percent that you have...Unbelieveble, Yes i've gone through that...its my testimony. Thank you GOD for all your blessings...Please touch other people life's so that they will return some to you. Amen..

GOD WILL GIVE YOU PEACE

The source of peace

"Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others—the armies of heaven—praising God:
"Glory to God in the highest heaven, and peace on earth to all whom God favors."
Luke 2:13-14 NLT

About this week's promise

"No doubt life for the average person wasn't all that noticeably different on the night Jesus was born. Inns and taverns were busy with their customers. Shepherds gathered around the fire to keep warm as they watched over their sheep. But in a secluded corner of Bethlehem, in an out-of-the-way stable, a baby slept in a manger. And as the shepherds settled down for a quiet night, the angels assembled into a vast choir and shattered the silence of that night by loud praises. Imagine the shepherds' response: shock, fear, and then, awe. They knew that they had to find this extraordinary child whose birth the angels had announced.
As you celebrate Christ's birth on this joyous day, seek out Jesus as the shepherds did years ago. Use this heavenly song to rejoice in Jesus' birth.
A pray for today…
Glory to you, God, in the highest heaven and peace on earth to all whom you favor…

CELEBRATE 100 ANNIVERSARY SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST IN SABAH

HAPPY SABBATH EVERYBODY..REMEMBER, JESUS REST AND SANCTIFIED THE DAY ON SABBATH.

HAPPY 100 YEARS OF THE INAUGURATION OF SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH IN SABAH.

This week's promise: God is always ready to help us and expects us to help others

The fruit of kindness
"When the Holy Spirit controls your life, he will produce this kind of fruit in us:…kindness, goodness."
Galatians 5:22 NLT

In spite of it all

"On that ghastly Friday morning, which ironically has become known as "Good Friday," Jesus was a swollen, bloody mess. Most of his friends had hightailed it hours before, leaving him alone to face the physical agony of crucifixion, the emotional anguish of a jeering crowd, and the spiritual horror of separation from God the Father.

Yet during this entire nightmare, Christ responded, well, strangely. On the way to his execution, he paused to console a group of grief-stricken women. He used what little breath he was able to catch to pray for those who were so merciless to him. He demonstrated compassion and forgiveness to a criminal dying at his side. And he took pains, literally, to see that his grief-stricken mother below him would be cared for by a friend.

In the ultimate "tough time," Christ oozed kindness and goodness. And because his Spirit lives in us, we also have the capacity to use personal tragedy as an opportunity to care for others.

Praying God's Promise:
Cause your kindness and goodness to flow through me, Lord. It is not natural for me to think of others or to think of glorifying you, especially when my own life is filled with pain. Teach me to live supernaturally. I want to be selfless like you, Jesus, always looking for opportunities to bless others.

A PARABLE OF MERCY

This week's promise: God is merciful

Do you show mercy to others?

"God blesses those who are merciful, for they will be shown mercy."
Matthew 5:7 NLT

A parable of mercy

Jesus once told a parable of a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. One servant came before him who owed him ten thousand talents—a debt far beyond the means of a servant. When he couldn't pay, the king ordered that he and his family be sold into slavery, but the servant begged for mercy. Then the king took pity on him, canceled the debt, and set the servant free.

The servant did not show similar mercy to another slave who owed him money and had the man thrown into prison. The master heard what had happened, reinstated the debt and threw him into prison.

"That's what my heavenly Father will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brothers and sisters in your heart," Jesus said, summing up the moral to the story (Matt. 18:23-35).

Have you ever prayed for forgiveness on Sunday than demanded your way on Monday? Have you ever reflected on the cross one moment and inwardly scowled at a brother the next? Ever yelled at your kids for making you late to church? If so, then read the parable again. Jesus' point is simple: Those who have been forgiven of so much should learn to forgive. People redeemed from certain death should act like redeemed people. Those who have received the ultimate act of mercy should learn to be merciful. Anything less shows how little we understand the true depth of the Master's kindness.

POEM TRIBUTE TO MY LATE BELOVED PAPA

He is Gone
You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,
You can cry and close your mind be empty and
turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
(David Harkins 1959 )

GOOD NIGHT PAPA, ETERNAL REST IN HIS CARE.

Papa was called by the LORD on 20th. November 2009 after a week admitted in the hospital. We sadly missed him but thank God we shall meet again when the LORD Jesus Christ return to this earth and resurrected the dead from the grave. Oh! what a wonderful event, just imagine that...For Jesus said He was just asleep likewise in the BIBLE HE resurrected LAZARUS after 4 days in the tomb. So, please dont let sorrows fill up your life. Smile, love and go on your life. May God bless each one of us in HIS angelic care while we are living in this sinful world. Just remember that GOD is watching over us. Pray often when you are feeling down. Be positive and start living. AMEN!
